Shipping Process

  1. Shipping ProcessOnce you have accepted our price quote for transporting your vehicle, there are two ways you can schedule a pickup. You can either place your order online or simply call us at (877) 848-7474 and schedule your shipment with one of our highly trained representatives.
  2. After we receive the filled out contract, your predetermined, minimal deposit, which is subtracted from the total sum, will be charged. This will secure your shipment.
  3. As soon as the above takes place, a transport organizer will begin scheduling your vehicle for transit.
  4. Once a carrier has been designated, your representative will contact you to confirm a suitable time for pick up.
  5. When your carrier arrives, he will inspect your vehicle for any pre-existing damage, providing you (or the person you have authorized to release your vehicle) with a copy of his report. Your vehicle will then be loaded onto the trailer and escorted to its destination.
  6. Throughout the transit, your representative will be able to track your vehicle until it reaches its destination. You may also use our unique on-line Vehicle Tracking System to get updated satellite images of your vehicle.
  7. Within 24 hours of delivery, your representative will contact you to set up a convenient time for delivering your vehicle.
  8. The driver will then again contact you as soon as he is in close distance of the delivery location.
  9. Once at the destination, it is your responsibility to inspect and note any pre-existing damage. These should be listed upon pick up and signed by you or the person authorized to release your vehicle. Please be certain to note any damage not already on the Bill of Lading prior to signing the form. Should there be any damage, contact our customer service department, at which time we will advise you on your claim.
  10. Upon delivery the balance is due to the driver in the form of cash, postal money order or cashiers check only.
